Women's Ministry Bible Study (July)

Beginning on July 6, our Women's Ministry will be starting a new six week Bible study series by Tianne Moon entitled "Enjoy: A Thirst Quenching Look at Philippians." In this study ladies will learn that the reality of everyday life can erode the feeling of happiness—unless a foundation of joy is already in place. Join us on Monday afternoons from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the home of Kari Wasson as we discover this foundation which comes from seeing life through God's perspective.

Remembering our Freedom - The Lord's Supper (July 5)

Join us this Sunday as we celebrate our nation's freedom and Independence. We will also celebrate our freedom and Independence from death, hell, and the grave as we remember the ultimate sacrifice of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ during the Lord's Supper.

Family Missions Trip to Norwich, CT (July 6-14)

On Monday, July 6, several church families will be departing Chiefland to carry out the great commission in Norwich, CT. Please keep the mission team in your prayers as they serve in various community outreach events, perform construction repairs in local churches, and conduct a Vacation Bible School.

Shepherding a Child's Heart (July 12)

Our church will begin a fifteen part DVD series on parenting entitled Shepherding a Child's Heart by author Tedd Tripp. Shepherding a Child's Heart is about how to speak to the heart of your child. Bringing deep biblical principals to the task of parenting and concentrating on what is going on inside a child rather than just their outside behavior. These parenting session will be held every Sunday in the fellowship hall from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. beginning on Sunday, July 12.

Student Ministry Summer Daze (July 16)

On Thursday, July 16, we will be traveling to Silver Springs for the day of fun in the water. We will depart at 9 a.m. and return between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Student's need to bring swim clothing, towel, and $20 for this event.

The Pickering's in Concert (July 19)

Come and join us on Sunday, July 19, at 6 p.m. for an evening of great worship in music led by the Pickerings.

CentriFUGE (July 19-25)

On Sunday, July 19, we will have 26 students and 4 chaperons traveling to Centrifuge Camp at North Greenville University in S.C. for a week of fun-filled worship and exciting Bible studies and activities. The theme for camp is MOVE and it is based on Isaiah 40:31. Please pray that our journey will be safe and the lives of our students will energized to keep on moving in His paths and His strength!
